Order COA Testing

Ordering a full COA test on your kava samples is as easy as counting to 3:

1. Download and fill out the Sample Submission Sheet (click here or the image above)
2. Package your kava sample or samples with the Sample Submission Sheet and an enclosed check for $450 for EACH sample you want tested
   (so if you have two samples to test the check should total $900).
3. Send Form, Samples and Check to:
   American Kava Association
   Attn: COA Testing
   1949 Zinfandel Drive
   Rancho Cordova, CA 95670

Then, just kick back and wait for your results to arrive!

We will notify you by e-mail upon receipt of your samples, please allow 10-14 days for processing. We’ll make the results available online immediately as a downloadable PDF, in addition to sending you a physical copy of your Certificate of Analysis.
